About the role
- Plan, schedule, and track vehicle transportation (cars, trucks, etc.) from pickup to delivery. Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and clients to ensure on-time, damage-free relocations. Resolve logistical issues (delays, route changes, customer concerns) proactively. Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and compliance documentation. Support business growth by optimizing workflows and enabling scalability.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics/supply chain preferred. 5+ years in logistics coordination, specifically in auto/vehicle relocation. Experience with freight brokerage, carrier management, or DOT regulations is a plus. Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., Fleetmatics, TruckStop). Knowledge of Indiana-based carrier networks.
