• Process all documentation from our team of Logistics Move Coordinators.
• Daily interaction with appointed Move Coordinators and Management within the department.
• Heavy data entry, including saving documentation and creating file folders.
• Process GBL (Government Bill of Lading) and prepare instructions.
• Data entry for various documents such as Weight Tickets, Pre-Move surveys, and Customs documents.
• Check all documentation and Access for accuracy, creating PDFs as needed.
• Manage a high volume of emails and meet deadlines.

Data Entry, Support Specialist

Manager

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing operations team
• Serve as the primary escalation point for day-to-day operational issues
• Maintain strong communication and partnership with U.S. State Department officials
• Oversee CHAMP reporting and quarterly filing requirements
• Approve weekly timecards, manage staffing levels, and balance workloads
• Collaborate with the EVP on escalated issues and strategic initiatives
• Support DOS Tender annual filings and ITGBL semi-annual submissions
• Review and approve invoices and maintain financial accuracy
• Drive process improvements, training, and operational efficiency
• Participate in customer engagement and sales efforts, including 2 to 4 annual trips to Washington DC
• Perform additional leadership responsibilities that support overall division success

General Manager – GSA Division

Supply Chain

• Plan, schedule, and track vehicle transportation (cars, trucks, etc.) from pickup to delivery. Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and clients to ensure on-time, damage-free relocations. Resolve logistical issues (delays, route changes, customer concerns) proactively. Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and compliance documentation. Support business growth by optimizing workflows and enabling scalability.
