Perform or oversee preventive maintenance and PM at properties; manage construction, repair, and remodeling projects
Manage vendor selection and contracting processes
Report accidents, injuries, and safety hazards to GM & HR; ensure safety training and certifications
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety and security procedures; protect assets
Develop positive working relationships; support team goals; address concerns of team members
Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, safety activities, test results, readings, and equipment issues
Travel up to 80% and travel to any USA state as required
Requirements
3+ years of work experience in facilities management or risk management
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business development, or related major; Associate degree or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Technical Trade or Vocational School Degree
OSHA 40 certification and other technical certifications (e.g., CPO)
Experience in facilities risk assessments
Experience managing renovation projects and defining scope of work
Budgeting experience, reporting, spreadsheets, and familiarity with Gantt charts
Willingness to travel up to 80% and work weekends/on-call
