About the role
- Lead vSplash’s social media efforts focused on the US market and manage a team of Social Media Specialists
- Create and execute strategies to build online presence for US small and medium businesses across industries
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring SLA compliance, quality checks, and smooth task execution
- Track team performance using dashboards/tools, share regular reports, and develop reporting matrices
- Handle large customer base with intricate process flows and act as first escalation point for client queries
- Oversee onboarding, training, refresher sessions, and drive process improvements and automation opportunities
- Support hiring, leave planning, performance management, and maintain team availability and productivity
- Build team culture through regular 1:1s, recognition, and proactive communication to boost morale and engagement
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Social Media Operations, Digital Marketing and Customer Handling
- At least 5 years in a team management role
- Proven expertise in managing SLAs, team schedules, and day-to-day operations
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, CRM, Slack, or similar platforms
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to generate insights and improve processes
