About the role
- Accurately track and manage all site parts, including those shipped from the customer's factory
- Maintain up-to-date records of inventory transactions and warehouse activity
- Provide administrative assistance for project operations as directed by site leadership
- Participate in hands-on training for receiving, installation, and commissioning support
- Travel to other project locations for commissioning training
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure efficient material management and logistical coordination
Requirements
- Experience in inventory, logistics, or material handling preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and varied weather conditions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- 100% travel required
