• Oversee purchasing, vendor negotiations, inventory, and logistics.
• Align supply chain execution with sales forecasts.
• Implement KPIs, ERP, and IT systems to optimize demand planning and e-commerce platforms.
• Establish and strengthen supplier and customer alliances.
• Launch refurbishment and redesign programs for obsolete/legacy parts.
• Drive R&D and new product introduction.
• Champion sustainability and innovation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Represent RNWBL at industry events as a thought leader.

• Accurately track and manage all site parts, including those shipped from the customer's factory
• Maintain up-to-date records of inventory transactions and warehouse activity
• Provide administrative assistance for project operations as directed by site leadership
• Participate in hands-on training for receiving, installation, and commissioning support
• Travel to other project locations for commissioning training
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure efficient material management and logistical coordination
