About the role

Lead the company as Partner & CEO, making operational and strategic decisions
Oversee trenching and boring operations for installation of underground water and sewer lines
Set weekly schedules, inspect jobs, manage team leads, and resolve on-site issues
Drive business development, client relations, contract negotiation, and market expansion
Manage financials including budgeting, P&L responsibility, and profitability optimization
Implement quality control, safety protocols, and compliance with licensing, codes, and permits
Leverage Mainshares Capital platform, advisors, and mentorship to scale the business and unlock new revenue streams

10+ years of comprehensive experience in the construction, utility, or underground services industry, with a proven track record of managing and scaling operations
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with trenching and boring operations, including project bidding, scheduling, budget management, and quality control
Proven experience in leading construction teams, including managing team leads and resolving on-site issues
Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, securing new projects, and contract negotiation
Significant experience in small business management, including budgeting, financial analysis, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning
In-depth knowledge of underground utility installation methods, relevant materials, heavy equipment operation, safety protocols (e.g., OSHA), and industry best practices
Possess or be able to obtain the necessary licensing for Water & Sewer in accordance with local regulations; solid understanding of relevant building codes and permitting processes
Hands-on operational leadership and ability to set schedules, inspect jobs, and handle on-site problems
