About the role
- Take ownership of paid social campaigns for a flagship luxury brand
- Plan, set up, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest Business Managers
- Manage performance across major social platforms
- Align campaign goals and performance with internal client teams and management
- Report on results and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization
- Keep up with latest digital and platform trends and proactively test new features
- Collaborate closely with client teams and contribute to strategic discussions to scale a high-visibility account
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in paid social campaign management
- Solid expertise with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest
- Professional fluency in English
- Ability to work on-site in Düsseldorf or Frankfurt (~50% on-site)
- German language skills (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with additional social platforms or ad tech (nice-to-have)
- Proactive, hands-on approach
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Trend-aware and eager to learn
