About the role

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets, focusing on new client acquisition and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a motivated sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to consistently meet sales objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business growth by understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive regional sales success.
  • Oversee regional sales planning, forecasting, and performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and regular updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership position in K-12 EdTech.
  • Proven Track Record: Consistent history of surpassing sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Sales Metrics and Financial Acumen: Proficiency in key sales metrics, financial planning, and reporting tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Dedication to delivering a positive client experience and fostering client success.
