Report to Marketing Manager; support brand managers and marketing team to plan and drive profitability, brand ranking and revenue targets
Plan and execute integrated marketing calendar, campaigns, launches and consumer events
Manage and monitor A&P budget expenses
Assist and support planning of in-store promotions, launches, animations and consumer events to drive brand awareness and retail sales
Support event logistics including sourcing venue, food & beverage, materials, setup, engagement and briefing of all parties
Support contractor and agency management: obtain quotations, brief agencies/contractors/partners, follow up on execution
Propose and lead planning and execution of communications for marketing and trade activities (digital and print)
Plan PR events including press invitation and liaison, RSVP, and event management
Research and collate market, competitive and business information and handle ad-hoc marketing needs
Support brand team in animation and monthly reporting duties; assist in invoice processing and sampling/tester management
Assist in brand visual merchandising needs such as changing of trans and upgrading of counters

Requirements
Diploma or Degree holder specializing in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business
At least 1 years of relevant working experiences in Beauty industry
Possesses advance level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva
Ability to read and communicate in Chinese is required for maintaining client relationships and monitoring Chinese-language media for brand and market developments
Experience in marketing or PR is a plus
A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
