About the role
- Gain deep product knowledge and understand target customers’ needs and motivations
- Generate pipeline through inbound and outbound opportunity qualification
- Identify and research new accounts and perform outbound calls to generate pipeline
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and qualify leads; conduct discovery calls and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Partner with Sales to strategically penetrate key accounts
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on campaigns and optimise lead scoring
- Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in Salesforce
- Exceed monthly opportunity quotas and KPIs and perform other duties as assigned
- Communicate extensively with prospective clients to understand challenges and position SWAT solutions effectively
- Receive comprehensive training and ongoing support
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking clients
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in lead generation, pipeline building, or sales qualification is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Self-starter, goal-oriented, passionate about technology, and capable of quickly learning new IT solutions
