Business Development Rep

• Gain deep product knowledge and understand target customers’ needs and motivations
• Generate pipeline through inbound and outbound opportunity qualification
• Identify and research new accounts and perform outbound calls to generate pipeline
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and qualify leads; conduct discovery calls and schedule meetings for Account Executives
• Partner with Sales to strategically penetrate key accounts
• Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on campaigns and optimise lead scoring
• Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in Salesforce
• Exceed monthly opportunity quotas and KPIs and perform other duties as assigned
• Communicate extensively with prospective clients to understand challenges and position SWAT solutions effectively
• Receive comprehensive training and ongoing support
