About the role

  • Design, improve, and execute full sales framework: lead generation, pipeline management, sales narrative, deal closing to achieve revenue targets.
  • Act as the key connector between clients and internal teams, supporting clients’ operations to set them up for success.
  • Organize and attend meetings, events, and industry exhibitions.
  • Oversee, advise, and execute contract negotiations and support new clients’ preparation.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Handle and analyze reporting and data on daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
  • Play a key role in achieving team goals and driving sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in iGaming business development and account management.
  • Experience in B2B sales and key account management.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Other SEA languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with existing PIC contacts in the industry.
  • Presentable; willing to travel internationally.
  • Able to work outside normal office hours.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced presentation and analytical skills.
  • Goal-oriented strategic thinker, comfortable on the frontline driving sales.
