About the role
- Design, improve, and execute full sales framework: lead generation, pipeline management, sales narrative, deal closing to achieve revenue targets.
- Act as the key connector between clients and internal teams, supporting clients’ operations to set them up for success.
- Organize and attend meetings, events, and industry exhibitions.
- Oversee, advise, and execute contract negotiations and support new clients’ preparation.
- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Handle and analyze reporting and data on daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
- Play a key role in achieving team goals and driving sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in iGaming business development and account management.
- Experience in B2B sales and key account management.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Other SEA languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with existing PIC contacts in the industry.
- Presentable; willing to travel internationally.
- Able to work outside normal office hours.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced presentation and analytical skills.
- Goal-oriented strategic thinker, comfortable on the frontline driving sales.
