About the role
- Promote FHIA Remodeling's products and services to prospective and existing clients in direct field marketing campaigns
- Deliver engaging face-to-face sales presentations focusing on high quality products and installation
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Use the experience as a stepping stone to a career in Management or outside sales
- Work scheduled hours: Mon-Fri 11am–6pm and two flexible Saturdays per month 9:30am–1:30pm
- Represent FHIA Remodeling, part of Renuity, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, and ambitious outlook to succeed in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence
- Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide-range of skills
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individual who thrives in human interaction
- This position requires a criminal background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Reliable personal transportation to get to and from work each day
