Provide a welcoming atmosphere for our staff, vendors, and clients; Maintain files and office supplies; Manage/schedule business trips/order tickets; Assist on HR matters, such as contracts drafting, work supply preparation, accounts, perks for employees administration; Assist with accounting for companies (basic management of invoices/expenditures); Assist with general administrative documentation, such as archiving, ensuring correct and timely signing of documents; Organize social activities locally and internationally.
Requirements
Highly proficient in spoken and written Romanian and English; College or University degree (can be a fresh graduate or last year student available to work full-time); 1 year of experience in position at administration; Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work; Great communication skills; Reliability, diligence, and attention to details; The ability to manage pressure; Ability to prioritize tasks and workload; Pro-active approach to problem solution, „can do“ attitude.
