About the role

  • Drive brand growth, visibility and performance across all channels
  • Localize brand strategies and lead 360° marketing plans
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen brand equity and deliver commercial results
  • Develop and implement go-to-market channel marketing plans including promotions, partnerships and consumer activations
  • Ensure timely and perfect execution of all online and offline marketing activations
  • Analyse partner relationships for product range, positioning, pricing and promotions
  • Communicate and align with channel partners on product and trade marketing objectives and activations
  • Deepen channel customer development through CRM program activations
  • Consolidate post-campaign reports, provide sales results and ROI analysis
  • Forecasting and sampling management for product launches and trade/retailer activities
  • Manage and track product registration flow in Thailand
  • Conduct market trend and competitor analysis and plan proactive actions
  • Execute product launches and trade marketing according to the Marketing Calendar
  • Track and analyse business and channel sales performance and develop follow-up action plans
  • Implement Door-by-Door Marketing plan (CRM, events and promotions)
  • Budget management and responsibility for full P&L
  • Define local CRM campaign priorities, build CRM calendar and execute CRM analytics
  • Strategize, develop and execute CRM programs; evaluate campaigns against KPIs and recruit new clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in brand management and/or marketing within the consumer goods, premium appliances or lifestyle sectors
  • Experience in premium or high-involvement product categories (e.g., kitchen appliances, electronics, or coffee-related industries) is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Genuine passion for third wave coffee and its culture, with a willingness to work in the electronics category
  • Strong business acumen with solid industry insights and a clear understanding of P&L management
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets in a competitive environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ideally experienced in people management, ability to motivate, inspire and coach
  • Creative and innovative, able to think outside the box while maintaining a meticulous and detail-oriented approach
