Payroll

• Own and execute end-to-end payroll operations across multiple markets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with financial governance.
• Lead internal payroll processes and work closely with relevant stakeholders to collect and review attendance, work hours, and leave records.
• Manage tax and withholding records and deductions for all federal, state, local, or other corporate taxes that affect payroll amounts.
• Manage all People related external invoices and ensure timely payment of all the invoices.
• Assist in the accuracy of all payroll and claims reporting to ensure its within approved budget.
• Prepare payroll reports and breakdown to support Finance with monthly closing payroll reporting.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution across systems and stakeholders.
• Act as key liaison during internal and external payroll yearly audits, preparing reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with the People’s team pillars to ensure that employee records necessary for accurate payroll processing are up to date.
• Support payroll budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis to ensure payroll expenses remain within approved financial guardrails.
• Assist with tackling HR related issues and questions such as payroll inquiries, compensation and benefits administration.
• Manage the invoice submission of government-related applications including tax clearances etc.
• Assist with the administration of BIPO, Connecteam, and other new tools (i.e. scheduling, time attendance) that are implemented.
• Keep abreast of any relevant legislation changes especially related to payroll and tax of Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Philippines and ensure the team is updated.
• Support the country teams in the standardization of SOPs.

Payroll Executive

Supply Chain

• Support the Supply Chain team in keeping our warehouse and logistics operations running smoothly day to day.
• Work closely with our 3PL partners to manage online and offline returns and make sure service level agreements (SLA) are met.
• Create and validate warehouse documentation to ensure system and physical stock accuracy.
• Update weekly performance reports on warehouse and logistics KPIs and flag issues or trends early to the team.
• Develop new processes or ways we oversee returns processes in warehouse and operational metrics.
• Spotting process gaps or inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions.
• Support logistics projects related to operations improvements, new market launches, and network optimisation — from planning to execution.

Supply Chain Intern, DC Ops

Graphics Designer

• Execute creative design projects, including digital and print assets for campaigns, social media, website, EDMs, and in-store visuals.
• Develop visually compelling layouts, typography, and graphic compositions that align with Love, Bonito’s brand identity.
• Support the marketing team with designs that drive engagement and conversions while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
• Ensure all design outputs are cohesive, consistent, and reflective of the brand’s identity.
• Explore and incorporate fresh design trends to keep content innovative and relevant to our audience.
• Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Create motion graphics and animations to enhance social media content, product videos, or marketing campaigns if applicable.
• Experiment with dynamic visual effects and short-form animations to elevate digital storytelling.

Visual Designer

• Graphic Design Tasks
• Produce graphic assets for ID Marketplaces: Campaign and Store Banner, Monthly Store Decor, Broadcast messages, and Brand collaborations assets.
• Assist the Visual Designer team in developing the BAU graphic assets (Social, eDM, Paid Ads) for global.
• Produce Country-specific Social Media asset needs (IG Story/ IG Post/ Facebook/ TikTok/ Telegram)
• Assist the Creative team daily, with direct reporting to the Visual Design Manager

Visual Designer Intern

• Own and track end-to-end inbound timelines for weekly launches across all regional 3PL warehouses, from supplier handover to DC receipt
• Monitor shipment milestones (ex-factory, departure, arrival, cross-dock, putaway) and proactively flag risks
• Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to ensure inbound goods arrive in line with launch cut-offs
• Coordinate inbound receiving and putaway prioritisation with DC teams to support launch readiness
• Manage last-minute changes, delays, and recovery plans to minimise launch and sales impact
• Ensure inbound quantities are accurately reflected in WMS and SAP upon receipt
• Investigate and resolve inbound discrepancies (shortages, overages, mis-receipts)
• Support inventory reconciliation related to inbound and launch stock
• Act as the primary point of contact for 3PL inbound operations, with working knowledge of outbound and returns processes
• Track operational KPIs and SLAs across inbound (and, when required, outbound and returns)
• Identify recurring execution issues and work with 3PL partners to drive corrective actions
• Conduct root cause analysis for delays or performance issues and drive corrective actions with 3PLs
• Escalate operational risks early, with clear impact assessment and mitigation options
• Provide operational support for outbound fulfilment and returns processing during peak periods or issue escalation
• Support DC teams in resolving outbound delays, returns backlogs, or exception cases
• Assist in root-cause analysis for outbound or returns-related issues that may impact customer experience
• Conduct regular visits to the Philippines DC to review inbound, outbound, and returns operations validating processes and SLAs
• Build strong working relationships with warehouse teams through presence, follow-up, and accountability
• Support on-site execution during critical launch periods or operational escalations
• Support issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives

Customer Support

• To support and sales to the customer by chat or e-mail such as order process, payment reminder, follow up cancel order, return order, resi number information, daily/weekly launching blast, etc.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Analyze customer problems / requests to resolve customer complaints and provide alternatives & solutions.
• Provide accurate and complete information in accordance with procedures and policies (pricing, delivery information, etc) to customers.
• Maintain customer databases and manage administration.
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
• Record and follow up the details of customer interactions (inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken).
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
