- - Monitor NOOS replenishment and work closely with country merch teams on end-of-life and carry-over strategies
- - Identify whitespace opportunities, cannibalisations, and performance drivers to inform future range plans

- - Lead buying sessions — presenting range strategy, commercial focus, and investment allocation to cross-functional teams
- - Own revenue, margin, and productivity targets across category scope
- - Lead OTB allocation and define depth by PLC (1M / 2M / 3M)
- - Set and maintain the pricing framework, ensuring margins are aligned with targets in partnership with Product Development
- - Maintain Airtable with accurate product data — including Pricing Framework, Buying PLC, Suggested RRP, Modern Modest Wear, and Colour Swatches

- Cross-functional Alignment & Documentation
- - Coordinate and drive alignment across Design & Development, Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Retail
- - Drive key decisions and stakeholder buy-in, ensuring downstream teams are briefed and commercially aligned post-buying
