Support campaign creation and execution (emails, social, events, content) — Marketing (c.50%).
Carry out market and competitor research to support positioning and messaging.
Track performance of campaigns and report on key metrics (leads, engagement, ROI).
Support day-to-day admin, including travel and internal event planning.
Contribute to strategic sales projects such as sales playbooks, pitch decks, and outreach initiatives — Sales (project-based, c.40%).
Support cross-functional campaigns where sales and marketing work closely together.
Help with data preparation, insights, and reporting to enable sales team success.
Provide ad hoc project support (research, collateral creation, process improvements).
Provide occasional support to the Customer Success team (onboarding comms, gathering customer feedback, creating help content) — Customer Success (c.10%).
Requirements
Recent graduate (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
A self-starter who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
Comfortable switching between tasks and priorities.
Organised, detail-oriented, and confident using digital tools.
No previous professional experience required – just energy, intelligence, and motivation.
Based in London and able to work in-office on Wednesdays & Fridays.
