💰 $150,000 - $180,000 per year
About the role
- Run regular reports including open orders, commissions, travel and expense, and accounting.
- Work closely with Branch Managers and Escrow Officers to ensure that all coverage needs are met including overseeing vacation schedules and Floater calendar for the region.
- Travel to all escrow branches within the assigned region on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on recruiting strategy to fill jobs in a timely manner.
- Handle all day-to-day operational matters for escrow branches within the region and work with functional groups (IT, Facilities, Human Resources, Marketing, etc.) to resolve issues.
- Handle employee issues with Branch Manager/Escrow Officer and Human Resources.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new hires and Company-wide training programs as needed.
- Work closely with senior leadership to improve processes and create efficiencies, driving standardization and centralization initiatives.
- Provide coverage to the desk/unit in the absence of an Escrow Officer as necessary.
- Regularly communicate with Branch Managers and Escrow Officers on processes, procedures and updates to Company policy.
- Lead monthly branch huddles.
- Seek out and participate in continued career development opportunities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
- Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles
- Proven leadership and administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High level of analytical and negotiating skills
- Self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
