About the role
- Oversee and streamline operations across Road and Shop service teams.
- Ensure jobs are scheduled, completed, and invoiced efficiently.
- Communicate with customers to schedule work, provide quotes, and resolve concerns.
- Supervise, schedule, and support service technicians in shop and field roles.
- Train and coach technicians to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Oversee workflow to ensure service jobs are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with parts and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Track key performance metrics and maintain accurate service records.
- Assist with budgeting, planning, and staying current on industry trends.
- Work directly with customers at our location and collaborate to diagnose equipment issues with technicians.
Requirements
- 3 years of customer service experience required.
- Experience in the automotive or equipment service industry preferred.
- Previous leadership experience required.
- Computer savvy, with experience using CRM systems preferred.
- Adaptable, trustworthy, dependable, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through.
- Able to troubleshoot issues, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
