Performance Marketing

• Drive MQL, pipeline and revenue through digital-first demand generation
• Own the inbound growth plan, delivering multi-channel acquisition campaigns across channels
• Maintain a regular feedback loop with Sales on lead quality and pipeline conversion
• Track and regularly report on performance to target, and cost efficiency
• Own and run paid media across Google, LinkedIn and Meta, managing budget, building audiences, testing creative and optimising towards acquisition
• Own website and landing page conversion performance, run structured A/B tests, form hypotheses and scale what works
• Partner closely with Marketing to plan and execute integrated demand campaigns
• Identify what content is needed to support inbound activity, and work alongside the Brand team to deliver
