About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive MQL, pipeline and revenue through digital-first demand generation
- Own the inbound growth plan, delivering multi-channel acquisition campaigns across channels
- Maintain a regular feedback loop with Sales on lead quality and pipeline conversion
- Track and regularly report on performance to target, and cost efficiency
- Own and run paid media across Google, LinkedIn and Meta, managing budget, building audiences, testing creative and optimising towards acquisition
- Own website and landing page conversion performance, run structured A/B tests, form hypotheses and scale what works
- Partner closely with Marketing to plan and execute integrated demand campaigns
- Identify what content is needed to support inbound activity, and work alongside the Brand team to deliver
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-6 years' experience in B2B SaaS (or similar) in a demand generation or growth marketing role
- Proven hands-on experience running and optimising paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and Meta
- Strong with data - able to build reporting, spot trends and turn insight into action
- A test-and-learn mindset - you form clear hypotheses, run experiments and scale what works
- Collaborative and clear communicator across Sales and Marketing teams
- Confident with our core stack: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Apollo
