We are seeking a Copywriter to join our Cramer Health team. As part of Cramer Health's team, you'll be a hands-on writer, creating content that engages patients, healthcare professionals, and other professional audiences. More than a wordsmith, you need a keen eye for detail to ensure our work adheres to regulatory, legal, and medical guidelines. Your day-to-day will include researching, creating, reviewing, and refining content across different mediums and accounts.

Key Responsibilities: Learn client brand, strategies, and marketing goals
Analyze, edit, and create content supporting those goals
Write, reference, and annotate content in preparation for medical/legal review in a deadline-driven environment
Organize and adjust content for clarity, comprehension, logic, structure, flow, and appropriateness for audience and project type
Partner with external clients and internal teams including design, strategy, and your fellow content team members
Simplify research to convey educational messages while being approachable, original, and engaging
Use client brand guidelines to ensure our content is on-brand, on-message, and punctuation-perfect
Adapt content to a range of media including video, animation, social, print, and digital
Requirements
2-4 years' experience as a copywriter at a pharmaceutical or med device company (General healthcare experience or insurance companies is not enough)
Experience writing for Patient Support Programs preferred but not required
Demonstrated ability to learn and write within regulatory guidelines
Flexible self-starter who is willing to learn, adjust, and adapt
Strong communication and collaboration skills; open to feedback and guidance
Ability to produce quality content with support and guidance
