About the role
- Act as functional administrator for Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS) for financial master data and chart of accounts
- Partner with Corporate Planning and Accounting to define EDMCS data structure and governance globally
- Engage across businesses, divisions, and international markets to determine updates to financial master data/chart of accounts elements
- Serve as central point of contact for divisions and markets on financial master data questions
- Manage and ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial master data elements
- Monitor compliance with master data governance structures
- Support and extend master data classification approach and key data elements
- Act as bridge between business data owners and IT system admins to ensure data is created, approved, and delivered on time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience
- Comfortable working in an IT system such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP, etc.
- Prior Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience in Finance / Accounting a plus
- Background or project experience with master data management
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple divisions and international markets
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to evolve with changes in the role
