Salary
💰 $1,300 - $1,700 per month
About the role
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, supporting communication via Slack, email, and calls
- Send weekly recap emails and ensure client updates are timely and accurate
- Manage client projects in ClickUp: assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress
- Follow up with contractors and internal teams to ensure tasks are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Oversee billing and invoicing, send payment reminders, and monitor client payment status
- Keep client and project data accurate in HubSpot and update weekly reports
- Support onboarding tasks, OTTO pixel setup, and SEO-related client activities as needed
Requirements
- This role is expected to work in EST
- 2+ years of experience in client success, client services, or project coordination (agency or SaaS experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable with financial/billing processes (invoicing, reminders, payment tracking)
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced startup culture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
