This role focuses on managing and converting inbound sales inquiries, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth, positive purchasing experience. Key Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to inbound calls, emails, chats, and website inquiries
Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable products or services
Educate customers on features, benefits, and pricing to facilitate purchasing decisions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to optimize the customer journey
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Provide feedback on lead quality and customer trends to support business growth
Requirements
2+ years of experience in inbound sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Consultative sales style with a focus on customer needs
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
