This role focuses on managing and converting inbound sales inquiries, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth, positive purchasing experience. The ideal candidate has outstanding communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a drive to exceed sales goals.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly respond to inbound calls, emails, chats, and website inquiries
  • Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable products or services
  • Educate customers on features, benefits, and pricing to facilitate purchasing decisions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to optimize the customer journey
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in inbound sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
