About the role

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Keep members and experts informed about request progress and follow up as needed
  • Monitor platform to identify and address fraudulent or harmful content
  • Escalate complex issues to management and collaborate with other departments for resolution
  • Assist with quality assurance (QA) testing of the Ritual app
  • Accurately record and categorize customer interactions; adhere to company policies
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, while maintaining a professional demeanor

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven customer service experience
  • Prior experience in a remote work environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software and communication platforms (Front, Slack), and quick to learn new technologies
  • Must possess the necessary equipment and ample storage capacity to download company apps/platforms
