About the role
- Contact clients and collect outstanding payments.
- Patiently and professionally communicate with customers in order to encourage them to pay their debts.
- Strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments.
Requirements
- At least 3 months of BPO experience - Financial account is a plus
- Basic knowledge of prepaid, debit and credit cards
- Basic compliance training/knowledge
- Demonstrable probing and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good customer service orientation must be possessed by the candidate.
- Open to work different shifts (day/night)
- Willing to work shifting schedules
- Very strong interpersonal and comprehension skills.
