About the role
- Accelerate growth of the Lightspeed Restaurant product in EMEA with a Germany focus
- Report to the Senior Manager, Hospitality PMM and collaborate with Hospitality PMMs in EMEA and APAC
- Develop, coordinate, and execute product launches and go-to-market programs for the Hospitality product portfolio
- Own product positioning and messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Deeply understand the Hospitality industry, market dynamics, customer needs, and technology landscape
- Lead competitive and market analysis, including win/loss research and industry trend monitoring
- Conduct ongoing customer research, including interviews and surveys, to build customer personas and insights
- Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for new and existing products and own performance of GTM initiatives
- Develop roadmaps of marketing initiatives spanning launch through adoption, onboarding, and retention
- Track KPIs to drive overall product portfolio success
- Act as key liaison for go-to-market teams and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Partnerships, Creative, and Content teams
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience working in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing, or similar go-to-market experience
- Previous background in SaaS marketing, or with exposure to small business audiences
- Experience in positioning, messaging, and driving product growth
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience in generating market insights and competitor intelligence
- Excellent project management and communication skills with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders
- Genuine interest in and curiosity in helping small businesses succeed
- Bilingual proficiency in English and German
