About the role
- Report to the Senior Manager, Hospitality PMM and work closely with Hospitality PMMs in EMEA and APAC
- Own product positioning and messaging for the Hospitality product portfolio
- Deeply understand the Hospitality industry, market dynamics, customer needs, and technology landscape
- Lead competitive and market analysis, including win/loss research and trend monitoring
- Conduct ongoing customer research (interviews, surveys) to inform personas, needs, and behaviors
- Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for new and existing products, owning GTM performance
- Develop roadmaps of marketing initiatives across the customer lifecycle (launch, adoption, onboarding, retention)
- Track KPIs to drive product portfolio success
- Act as go-to person for messaging and liaison for go-to-market teams in region
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, Product, Sales, Customer Service, and Partnerships to develop customer-centric content and campaigns
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience working in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing, or similar go-to-market experience
- Previous background in SaaS marketing, or exposure to small business audiences
- Experience in positioning, messaging, and driving product growth
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience in generating market insights and competitor intelligence
- Excellent project management and communication skills with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders
- Genuine interest in and curiosity in helping small businesses succeed
- Bilingual proficiency in English and German
