About the role
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Hospitality PMM and working closely with Hospitality PMMs in EMEA and APAC
- Own product positioning and messaging for the Hospitality portfolio ensuring clarity, differentiation, and alignment across customer touchpoints
- Deeply understand the Hospitality industry, market dynamics, customer needs, and relevant technology landscape
- Lead competitive and market analysis, win/loss research, and industry trend monitoring to inform product strategy and GTM execution
- Conduct ongoing customer research including interviews and surveys to build customer personas and insights
- Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for new and existing products, collaborating cross-functionally and owning GTM performance
- Develop marketing roadmaps spanning launch through adoption, onboarding, and retention
- Track KPIs to drive product portfolio success
- Act as the key liaison for go-to-market teams in the region and optimize funnel and enablement materials
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Product teams to develop customer-centric content and campaigns
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience working in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing, or similar go-to-market experience
- Previous background in SaaS marketing, or with exposure to small business audiences
- Experience in positioning, messaging, and driving product growth
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience in generating market insights and competitor intelligence
- Excellent project management and communication skills with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders
- Genuine interest in and curiosity in helping small businesses succeed
- Bilingual proficiency in English and German

- (Nice to have) Enthusiasm for innovative technologies (e.g., AI) and their application to product experiences
