Report to the Senior Manager, Hospitality PMM and work closely with Hospitality PMMs in EMEA and APAC.
Own product positioning and messaging for the Hospitality product portfolio, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and alignment across customer touchpoints.
Deeply understand the Hospitality industry, market dynamics, customer needs, and relevant technology landscape.
Lead competitive and market analysis, including win/loss research and industry trend monitoring.
Conduct ongoing customer research, including interviews and surveys, to build customer personas and insights.
Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for new and existing products in the portfolio and own performance of GTM initiatives.
Develop roadmaps of marketing initiatives across the customer lifecycle: launch, adoption, onboarding, retention.
Track KPIs to drive the overall success of the product portfolio.
Act as the go-to person for messaging and liaise with Marketing, Product Managers, GTM leadership, creatives, and automation specialists.
Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Product teams to develop customer-centric content and campaigns that drive impact.
Requirements
3-5 years experience working in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing, or similar go-to-market experience.
Previous background in SaaS marketing, or with exposure to small business audiences.
Experience in positioning, messaging, and driving product growth.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams.
Experience in generating market insights and competitor intelligence.
Excellent project management and communication skills with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Genuine interest in and curiosity in helping small businesses succeed.
Bilingual proficiency in English and German.
