About the role
- Develop, coordinate, and execute product launches and go-to-market programs for the Hospitality product portfolio in EMEA (Germany focused).
- Establish impactful positioning and messaging for product portfolio.
- Conduct market analysis, win/loss research, and industry trend monitoring.
- Conduct ongoing customer research including interviews and surveys to understand customer personas and needs.
- Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for new and existing products, owning performance of GTM initiatives.
- Develop roadmaps of marketing initiatives across customer lifecycle from launch through adoption, onboarding, and retention.
- Track KPIs to drive product portfolio success.
- Build collaborative relationships with product, marketing, sales, customer service, partnerships, and creative teams.
- Act as liaison for go-to-market teams in region and optimize funnel and enablement materials.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience working in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing, or similar go-to-market experience.
- Previous background in SaaS marketing, or with exposure to small business audiences.
- Experience in positioning, messaging, and driving product growth.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience in generating market insights and competitor intelligence.
- Excellent project management and communication skills with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Genuine interest in and curiosity in helping small businesses succeed.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and German.
