• Identifies customer requirements via sales contact or through slot floor analysis and demonstrates how specific types of products and services will promote their casino in the most effective way possible.
• Compiles and maintains updated account listings/call sheets of all customers through the use of personal contacts, trade journals, business directories, and other available sources of information.
• Collects credit history information as required, quotes customer based on corporate approved prices and prepares sales contracts and sales order entry documentation in a timely and accurate manner for orders obtained.
• Provides estimated dates of delivery to the customer based on lead times and keeps customer advised of all issues impacting the delivery of the order.
