About the role
- Deliver personalized, comprehensive wealth strategies
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and investment professionals
- Work with junior team members to onboard and manage clients
- Lead investment deployments and manage portfolio rebalances
- Prepare and conduct regular portfolio review meetings
- Track prospect and client engagement in CRM
- Partner with Senior Wealth Advisors in presentations and business development
- Build referral networks and maintain product and policy knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 7+ Years of experience in wealth management or a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Series 65 or equivalent required
- 5+ Years of Current IAR Registration preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce, and PowerPoint
- Experience with financial modeling and portfolio management tools is a plus
