Platform Engineer

• Own the end-to-end architecture, hands-on development, and ongoing evolution of core platform capabilities
• Partner with and support the Data Platform team on data-domain and AI-driven applications that they own

Head of Platform Engineering

Salesforce Analyst

• Lead discovery sessions with business users to understand current processes, pain points, and desired future state.
• Elicit, document, and validate requirements using process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders to manage scope, priorities, timelines, and expectations.
• Facilitate ongoing intake and prioritization of enhancements and defects, maintaining a well-groomed delivery backlog.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solutions leveraging configuration-first best practices (objects/fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, reports/dashboards).
• Partner with Salesforce Developers / Architects to define the right approach when programmatic solutions are needed.
• Ensure solution designs consider data quality, security model, scalability, maintainability, and user adoption.
• Own end-to-end delivery coordination: sprint planning support, backlog refinement, dependency tracking, and cross-functional communication.
• Coordinate with internal/offshore delivery resources to clarify requirements, review deliverables, and manage handoffs.
• Drive UAT: build test scripts, coordinate testing cycles, triage issues, and validate fixes prior to release.
• Support release management activities (change documentation, release notes, enablement communications).
• Collaborate with technical teams on data mapping, field usage standards, data quality controls, and migration support.
• Support integration-related analysis by documenting integration requirements, data contracts, and error-handling needs (e.g., REST/API based integrations).
• Help optimize operational workflows that support financial services processes (e.g., onboarding, service requests, activities, reporting).
• Create and maintain end-user documentation, SOPs, and job aids.
• Partner with enablement teams to deliver training sessions and reinforce process compliance and consistency.
• Track adoption feedback and propose improvements for usability, efficiency, and standardization.
• Maintain configuration and technical documentation in the team's knowledge base.
• Provide Level 3 support for production issues, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and coordination with business and technical teams.
• Build familiarity with Lido’s broader data and automation ecosystem, including AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities, Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360, Snowflake, reporting, and analytics tools.

Salesforce Business Analyst

Manager

• Provide Comprehensive Wealth Strategies: Deliver a high level of individualized, comprehensive investment and wealth strategies tailored to each client’s goals and objectives.
• Manage Client Relationships: Anticipate client needs, resolve inquiries, and ensure client portfolios remain aligned with their financial objectives.
• Collaborate with Investment Teams: Work closely with portfolio managers and other investment professionals to meet clients’ financial goals and leverage the full suite of Lido Advisors’ services.
• Collaborate with Client-Service Teams: Work closely with junior team members to onboard new clients and manage existing client relationships.
• Direct Investment Deployments: Lead the deployment of investments for new client allocations and manage portfolio rebalances.
• Client Reviews & Reporting: Prepare and conduct regular portfolio review meetings to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Drive Business Growth: Proactively seek opportunities to increase client wallet share by identifying additional wealth management needs.
• CRM & Engagement Tracking: Maintain and track all prospect and client engagement in the firm’s CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and action on all opportunities.
• Presentations & Business Development: Partner with Senior Wealth Advisors to deliver compelling presentations to prospects and assist in converting them into clients.
• Referral Network Development: Build and cultivate a network of referral sources to expand business development opportunities.
• Product & Policy Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Lido Advisors’ products and services and ensure adherence to allocation policies and best practices.

Senior Wealth Manager

Account Manager

• Manage the onboarding of new client accounts which includes collecting required documents and client information through in person meetings or on calls with clients.
• Liaise with custodian partners and internal departments.
• Assist with the preparation of alternative investment paperwork with high level of accuracy.
• Provide exceptional client service by responding to client requests, inquiries, and transactions such as money movement and transfer requests.
• Maintain detailed client records across firm relationship management systems.
• Support the team’s overall strategy by preparing reports, marketing and other materials for client meetings.
• Adhere to firm’s control policies and procedures.
• Regularly seek opportunities to engage with peers to collaborate on best practices.

Associate, Client Relationship Manager

• Serve as a main point of contact for the Senior Wealth Manager’s client base; anticipating client needs, addressing and resolving client questions or inquiries, and cultivating deep relationships through superior client service and follow up
• Prepare information and presentations for prospective client and existing client meetings, including the collection of financial, investment, and tax-related documents, completing financial analyses, and creating presentation and proposal materials for meetings
• Coordinate the deployment of investments for new client allocations and portfolio rebalances
• Execute and reconcile trades as directed by the Senior Wealth Manager
• Address client cash management needs to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet investment requirements
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the firm’s investment strategies and ensure adherence to allocation and compliance policies
• Set prospective and existing client appointments for the Senior Wealth Manager
• Log call/meeting notes and track the completion of daily tasks in the firm’s relationship management system
