About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end architecture, hands-on development, and ongoing evolution of core platform capabilities
Partner with and support the Data Platform team on data-domain and AI-driven applications that they own
Own and evolve the platform’s CI/CD infrastructure, pipelines, and deployment tooling
Build and lead strong cross-functional partnerships with technology teams to align platform strategy
Drive platform modernization while maintaining security, compliance, auditability, and resilience
Establish engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and platform governance

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive experience in platform engineering, enterprise architecture, or technical leadership roles
Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and integrations
Strong background building orchestration engines, workflow applications, integration platforms, event-driven architectures, web applications, and real-time data platforms
Hands-on experience with modern data and AI platforms (Snowflake, Cortex AI, LangGraph, or similar agentic frameworks is highly valued)
Proven experience with Vibe and Spec driven development methodologies
Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-year platform modernization programs with direct hands-on involvement in agile, cross-functional environments
Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and influence across multiple technical teams (Data Platform, Data Science & AI, Salesforce, Infrastructure, etc.)
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technology and business teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
