About the role
- Act as primary point of contact for key partners, managing client relationships and account strategy
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate and strategic partner programs
- Define KPIs, monitor performance trends, identify actionable insights, and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Create forecasts and manage budgets across partner programs to maximize ROI
- Implement promotional and creative initiatives aligned with content calendars to increase engagement and conversion
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with partners and negotiate placements, commission structures, and partnership terms
- Design and execute performance initiatives focused on acquisition, retention, and partner expansion
- Partner closely with internal marketing, product, and data teams to support integrated campaign strategies
- Deliver comprehensive reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis with insights and recommendations
- Actively monitor affiliate activities to ensure regulatory compliance and detect potential fraudulent behavior
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management experience, ideally within a high-growth fintech or digital marketing environment
- Proven ability to launch and scale partnership programs from the ground up
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire internal teams and external partners
- Strong executive presence and experience managing high-value relationships
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Passion for technology, marketing, and building strong partner relationships
- Willingness to travel as needed for partner engagement and industry events
