Player-coach Head of Sales responsible for closing own deals while leading, coaching, and scaling the revenue team.
Report directly to the CEO and own forecasting, pipeline insights, and executive-level reporting.
Build repeatable sales processes, recruit and onboard hires, and develop deep product fluency to position Patlytics to sophisticated buyers.
Requirements
Strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals (enterprise and/or Am Law accounts a plus)
Proven ability to forecast accurately and drive discipline in pipeline management
Demonstrated success coaching and developing reps to exceed quota
Hands-on, proactive style, comfortable rolling up your sleeves and jumping into deals
Excellent communication and executive presence with both internal teams and senior buyers
Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high standards, accountability, and resilience
Experience selling legal tech, AI/ML, or other complex technical products (preferred)
Background in high-growth SaaS startup environments (preferred)
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and sales productivity tools (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience (preferred)
5+ years of progressive sales experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 2 years managing or mentoring sales talent (preferred)
