💰 $125,000 - $145,000 per year
About the role
- Manage and build strategic, long-term relationships with Stäubli key clients to maximize mutual value and ensure customer retention
- Act as primary contact for key accounts and coordinate within FCS Division to meet customer demands
- Develop account strategies for growth and analyze sales data
- Educate and persuade potential customers on value and advantages of Stäubli products and services
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops to customers and prospective clients
- Participate in weekly North American & Global meetings and align on strategy with management and IT Cooling team
- Define and share forecasts and periodic market & customer trend analysis
- Communicate and create reports to local and global IT Cooling Segment Team members using Stäubli CRM
- Attend marketing events, trade shows, and industry functions to network and promote offerings
- Generate and follow up on leads and handle customer claims promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (specialization in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering highly preferred) or equivalent sales experience in a related field
- Preferred 3+ years of sales experience or key account manager in technical field, with a focus on thermal management solutions in the datacenter or high-performance computer industry
- Residing in the Austin / Houston / Dallas Texas region required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the industry and ability to act as a trusted advisor
- Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops
- Ability to gain and provide technical specification information to Technical/Applications Team
- Experience using CRM (Stäubli CRM preferred) and ability to define/share forecasts and market/customer trend analysis
- Willingness to travel as required both domestically and internationally (up to 70%)
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
