About the role
- Effectively manage inbound end-user and dealer support requests
- Troubleshoot product and component issues
- Maintain detailed notes regarding all service activities in CRM
- Consistently create accurate and detailed work orders
- Act as an ambassador for FFL Brands and the products it sells
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service, sales or related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
- Strong deductive reasoning ability when it comes to troubleshooting and repairing mechanical parts
- Ability to ask logical questions to help identify technical issues quickly and effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Prioritizes high-level customer service for all customers
- Attention to detail
