About the role
- Leading the charge in our forecasting discipline across our subscriptions business (Axios Pro)
- Partnering closely with Client Partnerships and Client Success leaders to drive go-to-market strategies
- Collaborating with Revenue leaders to develop, align, and implement territory assignments, sales/compensation plans, and quotas
- Support internal executives, sales team, and operations team with detailed visibility into all aspects of business performance
- Creating reporting tools for a growing sales function
- Monitor sales metrics and develop an understanding of how KPIs impact the business
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards
- Manage relationships with external CRM team and drive efficiencies through the system
- Implement CRM optimizations (i.e. new automations and processes for lead routing)
- Research and evaluate areas of opportunity against conversion rates and segment strategy
- Manage goals templates for sales team
- Provide reporting and analysis on all Quarterly Business Review intake needs and next steps
Requirements
- 5+ yrs experience in sales, sales enablement, coaching, and management
- Highly analytical, can leverage raw, unorganized data into actionable insights
- Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth sales team
- Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot) and developing dashboards, gathering requirements from sales leaders to optimize insights from tool
- High emotional intelligence and deep commitment to progressive diversity and inclusion practices
- Advanced Excel experience
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
