Meet with clients to gather requirements, present recommendations, and capture strategic business and RevOps technology needs.
Evaluate current business operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to increase cost-effectiveness and performance.
Translate client business objectives into strategic HubSpot and RevOps roadmaps with consideration to existing client systems and integrations.
Prepare strategy deliverables such as process maps, audits, gap analyses, and user stories.
Update dashboards, workflows, and reports; provide regular reports on strategy, risks, and issues to executive leadership.
Determine which projects to pursue by reviewing and assessing project proposals based on criteria such as technical and operational feasibility, strategic alignment, and impact.
Assist with project planning and ensure that solutions align with business goals.
Maintain clear documentation and scalable processes for each engagement
Keep track of deadlines, action items, and documentation for strategy engagements
Maintain internal strategy templates, frameworks, and collateral.
Help manage project handoffs from strategy to delivery services.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contributing to discovery sessions and clearly defining solution requirements.
Build out HubSpot demo environments to showcase strategic solutions; present solutions to client executive teams and key stakeholders.
Assist in feasibility assessments by evaluating platform capabilities
Configure sample pipelines, workflows, reports, or dashboards for strategic presentations.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in RevOps practices, ideally in a client-facing role.
Ability to analyze project proposals, assess systems and data, and identify issues to make informed and strategic client recommendations.
Ability to lead discussions, build relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Understanding of Data Migrations and Mapping
Experience with process mapping tools (LucidChart or comparable)
Basic understanding of Salesforce Administration
Basic understanding of HubSpot (or comparable) ecosystem.
Experience presenting to senior and executive level management teams.
