About the role
- Making outbound calls to existing clients of the company
- Consulting on products and services, selecting optimal solutions
- Conducting presentations and sales via phone calls
- Actively expanding the client base: working with leads, social networks, and the company’s Telegram channels
- Maintaining long-term relationships with clients and increasing their loyalty
- Working with CRM and preparing sales reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in the financial sector or B2C)
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in phone negotiations
- Strong verbal skills, developed sales skills, and ability to handle objections
- Ability to use social networks and messengers for client communication and lead generation
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Strong self-organization and readiness to work in an office within a fast-paced environment.
