About the role
- Research and analyze enterprise customer and tender requirements to align with company goals
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful execution
- Work closely with Product Owners and product teams to define and develop necessary functionality
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Evaluate the business value of requested features and assess their applicability to other customers
- Monitor project performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed
- Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and the latest technological advancements
- Collaborate effectively with teams across the company, including design, marketing, sales, and customer support
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS company
- Higher education degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent Latvian and English language skills (both are working languages)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in budget planning and cost estimation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-organization, an analytical mindset, and a results-driven personality
- Advantage: Experience working with SaaS or B2B products
- Advantage: Experience in optimizing enterprise-level customer workflows and processes
- Advantage: Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
