About the role
- Sleek is a global, full-service experience marketing agency delivering events and luxury experiences
- People-focused culture; office near Wimbledon with social events and learning initiatives
- Associate Creative Director role developing and delivering innovative creative concepts from pitch to live delivery
- Lead idea generation, storytelling and engagement across multiple touchpoints; craft presentations to succinctly sell concepts
- Research cultural and industry trends and suggest potential cultural collaborations
- Mentor junior team members and spread creative inspiration across the wider team
- Brief and collaborate with designers, producers and technical teams to ensure faithful execution and quality control
- Attend project meetings, support venue selection and site visits; align creative work with budgets, timelines and KPIs
- Build client rapport and identify opportunities to introduce new thinking to client relationships
Requirements
- Experience within events, experiential marketing, or a related creative industry
- A portfolio that demonstrates creativity across different event formats (B2B/B2C)
- Working strategically, evaluating insights around brand and audience to ensure relevant creative concepts
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with confidence in front of clients
- Ability to balance creativity with practical delivery considerations (budget, technical, logistics)
- Competence in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and Miro; comfortable using AI generative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney or similar)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Naturally curious creative thinker with a passion for live experiences
- Great communicator and collaborative team player
- Pragmatic, resourceful, solutions-focused, proactive, adaptable
- Open to travel when required
