Strong prospecting skills and persistent lead follow up
Manage pipeline with 20+ open opportunities simultaneously
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and prospective referral partners.
Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite onboarding
Manage Sales Process, from prospecting to close
Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices
Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends
Participate in brainstorming, company meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects
Requirements
2+ years experience in a mid-market or enterprise AE quota carrying role at a tech or SaaS company
Insurance SaaS experience helpful, but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience using Hubspot or other similar CRM tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions
Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services
Ability to present information confidently and professionally
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
