Sales Development Rep

• Identifying key decision makers within target customers
• Generating new business via outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn and telephone)

Sales Development Representative

AI Engineer

• Design, build and deploy production AI applications (LLM-powered tools, agents, automation) that commercial teams use daily.
• Build and maintain ML models for problems like churn risk, lead scoring, pipeline and revenue forecasting, and expansion signals.
• Ship fast: prototype, get it in front of users, iterate. You'll own features end to end, from data to interface.
• Integrate systems via APIs so data flows cleanly between our CRM, product analytics and data warehouse.
• Work directly with commercial leaders to find the highest-impact problems, then build the tools that solve them.
• Set sensible practices for responsible AI (evaluation, monitoring, bias, explainability) as we scale usage.

AI Engineer – Commercial

Engineer

• Build, ship and maintain features across our platform, owning problems from understanding through to delivery.
• Work closely with product and customers to translate real user and commercial needs into well-designed technical solutions.
• Direct AI tools (such as Claude Code) to work efficiently, while applying your own judgement to verify, refine and stand behind everything that ships.
• Reason about how systems fit together: data flows, integrations, edge cases and the downstream impact of changes.
• Contribute to technical decisions, code quality and the guardrails that let us move fast safely.
• Collaborate with engineers who set architectural direction, and grow your own influence over time.

Mid Level Engineer

General Counsel

• Negotiating SaaS contract with new customers, in line with playbook positions
• Coordinating the administration of customer contract processes: first-draft prep, filing, checks and post-signature filing
• Maintaining our customer contracts summary matrix, playbooks and templates so they stay accurate and current
• Supporting renewal preparation, negotiation and tracking, flagging upcoming dates and gathering the inputs needed
• Helping complete customer due diligence questions (e.g. privacy and data protection sections of infosec questionnaires), working with the Product and Infosec team where needed
• Running and maintaining our supply chain risk management process, supporting supplier onboarding, approval and annual checks
• Keeping data protection records up to date, including records of processing and changes in supplier usage
• Running the GDPR compliance program: ROPA upkeep, supporting DPIAs and related assessments, and preparing for compliance group meetings
• Acting as first-line legal support across departments (Finance, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, People), resolving queries and routing anything that needs additional input to other stakeholders or external advisers

Legal Counsel

• **The role**
• Acting as the legal representative for the business, owning legal risk and knowing when to bring in external specialist counsel
• Leading negotiation and execution of customer SaaS agreements within sales cycle timeframes and needs, and advising the commercial team on contract strategy
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts across departments (NDAs, partnership, marketing and supplier agreements)
• Advising on privacy and data protection, including policies and the functioning of our product, in a complex international environment
• Owning the GDPR compliance program: DPIAs, LIAs, transfer risk assessments, ROPA oversight and records of law and regulation
• Supporting the Exec with corporate governance, compliance and cap table or option scheme matters
• Acting as Product Counsel on new ways of processing personal data, AI features and similar developments
• Managing any disputes with customers or suppliers, and providing legal input on data incidents
• Supporting fundraising when it arises
