Account Executive

• Manage the entire customer experience from start to finish for residential exterior renovation projects
• Generate new business and conduct door-to-door outreach and inspections
• Meet with insurance adjusters and document the scope of work
• Upload signed contracts, photos, measurements, and all relevant notes into the CRM system immediately after appointments
• Serve as the main point of contact for the customer providing regular updates, explaining insurance paperwork, coordinating selections and upgrades, and collecting payments
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Project Coordinator, Supplement, and Production departments to ensure projects move forward smoothly
• Ensure accuracy and support internal workflow through timely documentation and communication
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience that meets Legacy’s service standards
• Work flexible hours and perform field work including climbing ladders and walking roofs in various weather conditions
